  • Complete treatment plan and documentation, including assessments, client progress, transcription of MD and NP phone orders, medication administration.
  • Provides patient education on detox, recovery, medications and health issues.
  • Speaks with attending physicians to ensure admission orders are addressed.
  • Make certain all appropriate ancillary assessments and services are provided.
  • Directs patient care and reports changes in mental status and/or physical condition, response to emergencies and safety risks.
  • Meets with clients and completes medical and health assessment/questionnaire.
  • Responsible for clients' basic medical needs. All under the direction and supervision of the Medical Director. Planning, delivery and evaluation of client care and treatment plans.
Job Qualifications:
Must have 2-3 years in Behavioral health,/substance abuse.
